Prior thereto, he was President of GeosCapital LLC, an investment advisory firm, from January 2002 to August 2004. Mr. Tricoli is a member of the board of directors of Grupo C&C Energia (Barbados) Ltd., Fairborne Energy Ltd. and Plantation Energy Limited. Mr. Tricoli received a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1977 and an MBA from Cass Business School in London in 1987.
Andrew L. Evans, Ph.D., P. Geol., Director; Senior Vice President of ARC Financial Corp.
Mr. A. Evans is a Senior Vice-President with ARC Financial Corp., a private investment firm focused on the energy industry. Prior to joining ARC in 2004, he gained fourteen years of operating company experience with Chevron Corporation and in various progressively senior roles with a large independent Canadian oil and gas company, including domestic and international assignments in exploration and development geology. Mr. A. Evans earned a B.A. in Earth Science from Dartmouth College in 1983, a Ph.D. in Petroleum Geology from Stanford University in 1989, and an MBA from Stanford University in 2004. Mr. A Evans is a Certified Petroleum Geologist.

Mr. L. Evans (no relation to Andrew Evans) is a Professional Engineer with more than thirty years of diversified experience in virtually all sectors of the oil and gas business and energy fund management. Mr. L. Evans is a founder and a partner of 32 Degrees Capital, a leading Calgary-based private equity firm focused on investing in early-stage private oil and gas and service companies. Prior thereto, he successfully founded, built, and sold: Glacier Energy Ltd., Ice Energy Ltd., Avalanche Energy Ltd., and Colony Energy Ltd. Mr. L Evans currently is a Registered Advisor with the Alberta Securities Commission, specializing in the energy sector.
Norman Mackenzie, Founder and Director; President of Normac Investments Inc.
Mr. Mackenzie has thirty years of experience in the oil and gas industry and is one of the founders of the Corporation. Most recently, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Raptor Capital Corporation, a public exploration and development company, from 1997 to 2005. Prior thereto, he spent approximately seven years working as an independent consultant in the oil and gas industry in Western Canada and founded his wholly-owned petroleum company, Normac Investments Inc. Mr. Mackenzie received a B.A. in Economics and Law from the University of Cape Town in South Africa in 1969.

D. Michael G. Stewart is a corporate director and currently serves on the boards of directors and various board committees of Pengrowth Corporation, Orleans Energy Ltd., TransCanada Corporation, Canadian Energy Services & Technology Corp., and Northpoint Energy Ltd. He has held a variety of senior executive positions in the Canadian energy industry over the past thirty-six years, the most recent being Executive Vice President, Business Development of Westcoast Energy Inc. Mr. Stewart graduated from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario in 1973 with a B.Sc. in Geological Sciences.
Richard A. Walls, Ph.D. Director; President and Chief Executive Officer of C&C
Dr. Walls has served as President and CEO of C&C Energia Ltd. since February 2010. He has had a distinguished career in the Canadian and U.S oil and gas industries for the past thirty-three years, having founded and built five companies. Since the early 1980’s he has been a recognized entrepreneurial leader in the industry and has been responsible for significant oil and gas discoveries in Canada and the Texas Gulf Coast. Dr. Walls also currently serves as president of RAW Energy Ltd., a private investment firm, and Chairman of Fairborne Energy Ltd. Dr. Walls holds a B.Sc. ’71 from Morehead State University, Kentucky, a M.Sc. in Geology from University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC, and a Ph.D. in Geology from McGill University.
